Kendall Roy’s UES penthouse from “Succession” is on the market for $29 million
The Roy family in HBO's Succession has an impressive real estate portfolio. Logan Roy, the family patriarch, has a fictional net worth of $18 billion, with at least $345 million in real estate, according to Forbes. The Roy empire owns homes in New York City, the Hamptons, and Italy. Here is your chance to buy one of them: a three-floor Manhattan penthouse.
The lavish UES triplex appeared in the opening scene of Episode 4 of the Succession final season. The penthouse spans 5,508 square feet and has five bedrooms, four full baths, two living rooms, a large dining area, and an eat-in kitchen. One of the living rooms comes with a gas fireplace and wet bar. In addition, the future owner could also take advantage of the private elevator that covers all three floors.
The lower level of this luxurious penthouse includes dining and entertainment space, a bedroom, and a den that may serve as a library, a home office, or a guest bedroom. The additional four bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary suite has radiant heat flooring, silver travertine slabs, mosaic tiled walls, and oak cabinetry. There is also a custom staircase to the second floor and the third-level roof landing.
This stunning residence is the tallest building north of 72nd Street on the Upper East Side and thus offers unparalleled views of the New York City skyline. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park and 3,500 square feet of outdoor balcony space, including a roof terrace. The private roof terrace measures 2,100 square feet and has a gas fireplace and dining areas.
Kendall Roy’s UES home is available for $29 million, down from its initial listing price of $33 million. The 50-story building at 180 East 88th Street comes with 8 floors of amenities. Residents of this Upper East Side tower have access to a 24/7 doorman and concierge, a fitness studio, a basketball court, a soccer pitch, a playroom, a game room, and a lounge with a catering kitchen.
