The Roy family in HBO's Succession has an impressive real estate portfolio. Logan Roy, the family patriarch, has a fictional net worth of $18 billion, with at least $345 million in real estate, according to Forbes. The lavish UES triplex appeared in the opening scene of Episode 4 of the Succession final season.
